I, as a user of GovoriAI (https://govori-ai.ru), hereby give my consent to Будкина Анна Андреевна, self-employed individual (Russian Federation professional income tax regime) (the "Controller") to process my personal data on the terms set out below.

This consent covers: name (if provided), e-mail address; chat message content; voice input audio; technical data (IP address, cookies, session ID); payment and subscription information; learning progress data.

3. Purposes

Processing is carried out to register and identify you in the Service, provide AI conversation practice, save history and settings, accept payments, provide support and improve the Service.

4. Processing operations

The Controller may collect, record, organise, store, update, retrieve, use, disclose to third parties listed in the Privacy Policy, anonymise, block, delete and destroy personal data using automated and non-automated means.

5. Third-party disclosure

I consent to sharing data with AI providers, YooKassa and infrastructure partners to the extent necessary to provide the Service, subject to applicable data protection laws.

6. Duration of consent

This consent remains valid until processing purposes are fulfilled or until withdrawn, unless a longer period is required by law.

Withdrawal may be submitted in writing to vseprost23@yandex.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it is received.
